HiNeon, a Canadian retailer of custom neon signs serving the US and Canada, operated in a highly competitive and saturated market. Increasing aquisition costs in paid ads threatened the business’ profitability. 

They needed to decrease the cost per acquisition and increase the number of enquiries as quickly as possible but were already stretched to their limits trying to do it themselves.
