The Challenge

A private hospital in the US (that asked to remain anonymous) wanted to increase overall awareness of the hospital in the area and get more registrations for ambulant treatments and examinations.

They were already using Google Ads in on a small scale. They felt like the performance could be better and wanted to expand to more medical departments so they reached out to us for help.

Implemented treatment-specific campaign structure to advance the desired expansion

Ad optimization and keyword matching with a view to medical-specific terminology

Increase in registrations for promoted ambulant treatments and examinations

In contrast to ecommerce ad tracking, walk ins and offline conversions are more challenging to track. We implemented a custom process for the client to merge ad data and in-house registration data in order to measure the results of the campaigns.

The hospital recorded an increase of 17% in bookings for the promoted ambulant treatments and examinations that were attributed to Google Ads campaigns.

Amazing to see what they were able to achieve in such a short time frame.
