The Challenge

Steeda Europe is a car parts manufacturer from the UK that specializes in Ford, in particular Ford Mustangs.

They wanted to expand their operations inside Europe from English speaking countries, where they were running campaigns successfully, to the German and French market.

They approached us to help them with the expansion and a completely new Google Ads setup. They required a partner with market knowlegde and native level language skills in both markets.

In the French and German markets

Our special approach to provide for the fact that there is very little search volume on certain keywords in the client’s extensive product catalogue of car components was very successful and made the client not miss out on this traffic. 

From a technical standpoint the client’s specific multi-country and multi-language setup in Shopify proved to be a challenge to implement and connect Google services and conversion tracking properly. Therefore, we couldn’t grow past a certain point without fundamental structural changes to the Shopify sites. We provided the client with an exact game plan on what steps to take to improve the Shopify sites before focussing on Google advertising again.

This shows that a successful project can not only be measured by metrics but also by insight and a clear plan of action.
