The Challenge
Manor Interior Solutions, an interior construction company from the UK, wanted to double its revenue within the next 12 months. Google Ads was intended to be a key pillar of its acquisition of B2B leads and to be doubled in budget.
As the client didn’t know much about Google Ads himself, he needed a strong and competent partner to run his campaigns and ensure highest performance.
Coincidentally, we started our collaboration just a few weeks before the COVID pandemic hit. As a consequence, we had to constantly adapt our campaign strategy to new goals and remain very flexible.

During the pandemic we were a strong partner to the client. By adjusting to demand and reducing costs, we ensured a constant flow of leads at a lower rate and budget.
After the economic situation had improved again towards the end of summer we ran regular ads and achieved fantastic results. Through implementing accurate conversion tracking, updating an outdated and messy account structure and ongoing optimization, we were able to increase the number of B2B leads by 254% corresponding to 3,5 times more leads and reduce acquisition costs by 77%.
Depending on the contract size, the estimated ROAS (return on ad spend) was at least 10, since the contracts were high-ticket and we filtered out high quality leads. This way, investing in Google Ads management was a no brainer for the client.
